Emmanuel Kundu is a beneficiary of the HIV awareness project within Kiminini and Saboti Sub-County of Trans-Nzoia County. His SACCO Members can now protect themselves and their families from infection. The goal of the SACCO Project is to Improve HIV care outcomes among men aged 18-54 allied to SACCOs in the transport sector (BodaBodas) by integrating HIV education and testing with Mental Health promotion, capacity building and service delivery

This project targets men in the transport sector through a SACCO Health & Wellness Model that brings together existing CBOs and local health departments with transportation SACCOs to achieve the common goal of HIV care, education and testing model to address the mental health consequences of Covid-19 and improve HIV outcomes.
