The National Information Platform for Food Security and Nutrition (NIPFN) under the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) and the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) plays a key role in Creating and Strengthening Institutional Capacity around Nutritional Information and Records. This helps to track progress and prevent undernutrition by making better use of evidence in designing and implementing nutrition-related policies for better health especially among marginalized communities.

The HealthRight Kenya team led by the Associate Director of Programs John Muinami, Program Manager Silas Chebon and Business Development lead Grace Zandia met with the NIPFN Project Manager Mr James Gatungu and discussed areas of collaboration towards ensuring that Marginalized Communities have equitable Access to Health Systems through proper nutritional information and behaviours.
